Crosstowne Properties, Ltd., Incorporated October 1996, Craig A. Crossley, Principal and Owner. 

 

Over the past 20+ years, Crosstowne Properties (an Epcon Franchisee) has developed, built, and sold over 620 Condominium Homes primarily in the Greater Dayton Ohio area, plus South Carolina. Although Condominium Homes are still being built and developed, Crosstowne’s main focus today is building “Detached Single Family-Patio Type Homes”.  Our new home designs continue our previous successes with “OPEN FLOOR PLAN—SINGLE STORY LIVING WITH FIRST FLOOR MASTER BEDROOM/ MASTER BATH” (no steps). However, Buyers have the option of adding an “Upstairs Bonus Suite”, of approx. 825 SF; consisting of a bedroom, full bath, and entertainment area.  Our new (single story) patio-type home designs range in size of 1850 SF- 2300 SF (3 BDRM, or 2 BDRM + DEN/ 2 BA) on the first floor. When adding the “upstairs bonus suite” homes approach 2500-3000 SF.  Our homes include many Standard quality features throughout including Island Designed Kitchens, ZERO entry Walk-in Showers, Tray ceilings, Vaulted ceilings, Double Crown ceiling molding, Drywall bull-nose corners in main living areas, fireplace, all bedroom and bathroom doors are ADA specs, and more.
